Rates are based on service in the Washington DC metro area.

An additional travel time/ Feul charge apply for trip to outside the DC metro.

Rates include gatuity and tax.

Terms and Conditions:

Atlantic Coach requires a non-refundable 50% deposit on all reservations.

An invoice will be generated for each customer, the invoice must sign and return fax or email back to Us within 48 hours to guarantee the reservation.

We provide service based on printed information on the signed invoice. Extra charge applies to each additional service if applicable, such as overtime.

Overtime charge start 15 minutes after the initial drop off time. Overtime charge is based on one-hour increment.

Cancellation notice requires 14 days prior notice.

Atlantic Coach is not responsible for any item left by customers in the vehicles, nor are we responsible for transporting lost items to clients.

Atlantic Coach reserves the right to use its affiliate companies in case of mechanical breakdown, or any condition beyond its control.
